By JOEY MILLAR NORTH KOREA is preparing to launch another ballistic missile, putting Kim Jong-un’s Western enemies on edge once again.
Sometime over the next three days, the crackpot dictator will launch a mid-range missile in a sabre-shaking show of power. The missile will be the ninth this year launched by the hermit kingdom, who have been increasingly provocative and aggressive as 2016 has progressed.
Two US officials revealed they were aware of plans for the launch, which will possibly result in more international condemnation and sanctions. North Korea has also carried out two nuclear tests this year, which sparked furious responses from London, Washington, Tokyo and Seoul.
America said Kim’s actions this year have been “provocative and deeply concerning”, South Korea said it showed “maniacal recklessness” and even North Korea’s allies China said they “firmly opposed” the tests. Last week North Korea hit back at the condemnation and occured the West of hypocrisy.

A Pyongyang official said: “These resolutions determined that our nuclear tests and satellite launches pose threats to international peace and security, but then the problem is why has the U.N. Security Council never taken issue with the nuclear tests and satellite launches conducted by other countries?”
